Tenant Preventitive Maintenance
To help prolong the life of our property; please ensure you take care of the following preventive maintenance:
•Replace HVAC Air Filters as necessary, at least every two months. Vacuum the air return area             regularly.
•Do not put hard objects; nuts, pits, potato skins, etc. in the Garage Disposal. If the disposal stops      working or clogs please notify Landlord, regardless do not plunge to clear.

•Use bleach or vinegar to maintain the sink, toilet and shower/bathtub areas free of mold and/or        discoloration.

•Notify the landlord of any water leaks, however small, anywhere.

•Use foil/cookie sheets to minimize food from making contact with the oven burners, minimizing        the risk of damage and fire.

•Please pick up after your pet, the yard maintenance team will appreciate it.
