Concierge Services
We understand you lead a busy life which is why we offer a concierge service for tenants that travel or have pets. We offer pet walking, house sitting, and other services to give you peace of mind while you’re out of town.
Pet Sitting
We’ll take care of your cat or dog in your own home while you are away. Cost is $30 per day and includes up to 3 visits for 30-45 minutes each plus feeding, exercise, medications, etc. Each day includes pictures and text messages with updates. Discounts available when purchasing multiple days.
Pet Walks
If you work long hours and aren’t able to come home during the day, we’ll walk your dog for you. $15 for a 15 minute walk and 30 minute total visit time – can include feeding and medications. $25 for a 30 minute walk and 1 hour total visit time – can include feeding and medications. Each visit includes a text with picture and a note left at the house. Discounts available when purchasing multiple days.
House Sitting
If you are going out of town for several days, we can come check on the house, bring your mail in, turn lights on/off, check doors and windows, etc. Typical cost is $15 per day and includes a text with pictures and daily summary. Discounts available when purchasing multiple days.
House Cleaning
We can help keep your house clean and tidy. Once a week or once a month, light cleaning or heavy scrubbing, we do it all. Prices depend on frequency of visits and level of cleaning, but generally an average thorough cleaning is $100-$200 and includes kitchen, bathroom, floors, vacuuming, etc. Discounts available when purchasing multiple packages.
